Our extended hours at the surgery are 7.30am-8.00 am Monday to Friday.
Kingston GP extended hours service
Kingston GP Extended Hours Service operates 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm and patients of the Practice can book an appointment at a convenient time with the GP Service provider through our Practice receptionist during the normal reception opening times. The times and locations for the extended hours appointments service can be seen below:

Surbiton Health Centre is situated on Ewell Road, Surbiton.
- If coming from Tolworth - SHC is situated on the left hand side before you reach the fire station and library.
- If coming from Kingston or Surbiton - SHC is situated on the right hand side after the fire station and library just before the traffic lights.
- Parking is available on site.

Directions
Kingston Health Centre is situated opposite the new Doubletree Hilton and Next to Seven Kings Car Park.
- If patients are walking from Kingston town centre they need to walk past Bentalls car park and TGI Fridays head under the pedestrian “patterned” railway bridge and we are in the building opposite Doubletree Hilton. If you reach Seven Kings car park you have walked too far.
- If coming from Sainsbury’s - if you have your back to Sainsbury’s, turn right and walk past Seven Kings Car Park, turn left in to Skerne Road.

Directions
The Merritt Medical Centre is a turning off Leatherhead Road.
- If coming from Leatherhead direction turn left at the traffic lights after Chessington World of Adventures.
- If coming from Kingston/Surbiton direction turn right at the traffic lights after Lidl.
- Both Chessington Park Surgery and Hook Surgery are located in The Merritt Medical Centre.
- Parking is available on site.
